I just left here. It opens at 10a but the guy that opened up today (6/15) was very unpleasant. Hissed at his black employee, didn't acknowledge or say good morning to anyone. I can't support this business.

I shop in this store all the time, I was a regular customer...but I will NEVER spend $1 in this store ever again. Even though it's close to my house, I will find another beauty supply to go to. They refuse to exchange anything, even if it's within the 7 days like the receipt says. They find a reason to tell you they will not exchange. I understand not getting cash/money back....but no store credit and no exchange, especially when I'm in there every week. Never again. Our dollars speak volumes and I refuse to spend my money and NOT receive customer service. This last straw was, I bought an item on Wednesday, I did NOT open it, everything is in tact. Someone else bought me the same item, so I no longer needed it. I went back with receipt, everything in original packaging with tags, today is Saturday...explained I purchased it on Wednesday, 3 days ago, no one, including the owner cared. They said the policy is on the receipt, all sales final. Ok no problem. You will never have to worry about me, this is the last money you will ever make off of me.

I like this beauty supply store solely for its hair oil selection. There are all kinds and sizes for decent prices. Whatever hair oil your looking for this location most likely have it and it's quality is good. Not those cheap fake runny oils that do not benefit your hair.

Visited the store this evening. Or tried, rather. Their hours are incorrect. I arrived 10 min to 8. They were already locking up to head out of the door. The man locking up, who may have either been the owner or a store manager, just shook his head no and said nothing else. If you no longer close at 8:00PM, then change your hours to reflect it. Generally in the past my experience with this store has been okay. Nothing to brag about. I usually only will come if my normal go-to beauty supply store doesn't have what I need.

The Merchant / Owner of this Store, Feel Beauty Hair Supply Store in Springfield Gardens, Queens, NY is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. He discriminates against children and families. He approached me and my daughter and kicked us out of the store for no reason. I could not believe that he did that and thought that it was ok. Apparently he does not like children in the store. On a separate occasion, there was a discrepancy in the price of an item, so I ask him to scan the item in order to see the actual price. He refused, and immediately told me that he would not sell me the item and asked me to leave the store immediately. Apparently you cannot even question the price of an item or you will be kicked out. I was shocked. He kicks people out of the store for no good reason. He acks like a dictator. If he does not like you, he will kick you out of the store. He spoke to me, a customer in a rude, demeaning and condescending tone. Indicating to me that he did not value me as a customer. This merchant should not be doing business with the public. Customers should beware.
